i think i am going to dose them simply because i recently had a chicken die from water belly/heart failure and i’ve noticed a decrease in egg production.

Waterbelly/heart failure or ascites as we know it, is not caused by worms but can be influenced by genetics and also feed practice and things such as e coli or salmonella.
