Treatment for Cecal Worms and lice, Panacur with Ivermectin?

I will try to get one tonight. Should I hold off treating them?
I will try to get a photo of any droppings if I can.
No, I would go ahead and get baseline weights and give the Safeguard at 0.23 ml per pound orally. If they don't have lice or mite, no need to give ivermectin unless you want to.

I thought that I had medicated 7 of my hens. I made an enormous mistake and gave one of them a double dose. I found out while I was reviewing the video footage. Is there any hope, or have I given her a massive overdose? :he:barnie:fl:oops:

The dropping photos were not good. I will post some in the morning.

How much did you give?

I gave her 2 doses of 1.25 each... I didn't realize that I put her back on the roost in a different spot... I just finished reading another post from you about Safeguard being safe in terms of overdose! Thanks so much for your reassurance! Treating hens at 11:30 pm, in a dark coop with a small flashlight is not my cup of tea... I think next time I may use paste. It has to be easier!

Taken this morning. I have 11 hens and 5 chicks@6 weeks old. Last night there were 10 hens on the roost with all 5 chicks. There should be a lot more droppings under the roost, and there are not.

This was removed from the nest box and is pretty typical of the majority of droppings earlier in the week. The runny dropping to the right was on the coop floor when I pulled the large piece out of the nest box.
