Cleaning out our Fridge and came across :

Raw Pumpkin Seeds
Raw Pinon Nuts
Sliced Almonds
Golden Flax Seeds
Brown Sesame Seeds
Chopped Hazelnuts

Anything in that list that will hurt my chickens if given as treats? They are about 12 1/2 weeks old if that makes any difference.

Your chickens should be finding their own grit by now, so they can safely eat any of those things, but in moderation so as not to take away from their regular feed since feed is where they get their balanced nutrition.

Since this is posted on the baby chicks forum, in order for baby chicks to be able to eat any of those items, chick grit is absolutely essential, and the nuts must be ground fine so baby chicks can swallow without choking.
