Trespassing neighbor with dog chasing chickens

Not acceptable. She came right up your driveway with the express purpose of trespassing. If she does it to you, she'll do it to others. And once a dog realizes that chasing is fun, he'll continue as long as he's allowed, or he'll get a taste for chicken. Not good. You have video proof. Take it up with her or the police.
You could charge her with trespassing and also animal cruelty. She endangered your chickens by encouraging dog to chase and possibly kill. The police may not do anything, they'll might call it a civil matter. The SPCA in your area might be your best bet. What ever you decide to do she seems like a person who will try to get back at you, be prepared.

So wow, a second neighbor just walked into my driveway and chased my chickens. She was encouraging her dog to chase them. What the hell is wrong with people? I really want to trespass her azz but we live two doors apart and I don’t want to wreck the neighborhood.

Take it from me and nip this in the bud right now. I’d start with a courtesy conversation with her but end it with “if this happens again I’ll call the police.” And stick to that threat.
I say this because: we moved into our new property 6 months ago. Neighbor dog kept running into our front field. We ignored it. Lesson learned when a few months of us ignoring him turned into him breaking into our coop at night and him killing our rooster and then turning on us when we ran in after him as he was trying to get to the hens (luckily up on perches). We told the neighbor, who ignored us. Dog kept coming back. I bought a pellet g** and have had to blast him every time he wanders over, including one incident in which he turned on me and started attacking me. All this to say, end it now before it winds up with coming home to dead chickens.

1) They could be experiencing some kind of mental health crisis.
2) They could be on, or off, a medication or an illegal drug, that is causing them to act this way
3) Most mass killers have a history of being abusive or cruel to animals.
4) By all means report it immediately.

Btw:
I'm an corrections officer with 14 years of hands on experience in dealing with people in crisis. Many times it's hidden until something sets them off
