My penciled poult is a dramatic hysteric. My mottled is rather laid back. Actually the mottled pulled a Daisy....closed her eyes and relaxed when I petted her little snood. Poults are still wild. It's the penciled. It gets all hysterical & it influences the mottled. They are even worried about Daisy. Daisy is being great. She just sits within their sight & talks a bit to them. She's such a good girl. If there ever was a turkey with common sense, it would be her. Its funny how she is insisting upon her evening walks. I'm finding her standing on the porch waiting each evening. She most certainly knows how to tell time.

Daisy likes to stick to the routine sfgwife. She's a creature of habit. I know she loves the grazing, but when someone stops to chat she wanders up & gets involved. I guess she's just a social gadfly.

Seems turkeys are rather resilient. Daisy was not tame when I caught her. Now she's my little shadow. JJ went through a bad time & ended up being a great guy. Interesting...
Little poults are calming down. Have a chair right next to their cage. A box fan hanging next to me on the other side. Then Daisy hops in my lap to enjoy the fan & take a nap. I end up using her to prop up my laptop. So we are a sight. I don't think Daisy is jealous, but she sure isn't letting me get away without her snood scratches & walks. She likes her attention.

Neighbor came down to borrow my mower yesterday evening. As she pulled it out of the garage, Daisy saw her & came running. I had to step in & stop her from following the mower & the neighbor. Daisy sure has a thing about that mower! I penned her....was worried she'd go dive bomb my neighbor! That always looks odd....mowing with a big blue bird flying past your head.
