I've been drinking all day out of self-preservation. I love my DS, just a whole different lifestyle here. Shopping is her idea of a fun girls day out. We did compromise. She picked the store yesterday. I'm picking tomorrow! Picked out some great nurseries that specialize in natives. She's not thrilled!

Offered to pick up Penguin in Nashville on Ralphie 's soiree south. Seems Penguin will not be making the trip. Apparently his DW refuses to go on vacation with a turkey. Guess I can't blame her. Although I had visions of Penguin riding shot gun!

I'm hoping your neighbor likes Banshee. I'm missing my girls. I swear if I hear just one more turkey /Thanksgiving joke............

I guess the spare bedroom is out of the picture? How far from T-bone's pen are you talking about? Honestly, I quarantined Annie about 25 feet from Daisy. They were in separate pens and could see each other. My chickens were not near the quarantine pen during this time.

Ralphie. ..good point about the wild birds. I've had Speckled Sussex for years. Actually a SS roo is the only one I've ever kept. He died last year at 8 years. He was a love. Still miss him. With no other roos I never had to deal him fighting. I guess King George wants to be King of the chicken yard. Is he friendly with you? Mine was a sweetie. His name was Gregory Peck. We called him Mr. Peck.

My sitter texted me. All the girls are fine. She said she kicked the soccer ball around for the turkeys. She admitted it was pretty funny. I think she's getting over her fear of large birds! However she is still refusing to give Daisy her lap time. Oh well.....

There is the main page, the genotype page, and the "other" color combination page. Trying to compare between chopping crap for the dressing.
