Yeah my birds are the same. Rather indifferent about the pumpkins. If I hand a seed to Daisy and she'll eat it. But she doesn't mess with the pumpkins much herself.

I wish mine would like them more. I have better success with getting my turkeys to try new foods than my chickens. If I hand a turkey a bit of unfamiliar food they will at least try it. The chickens just look at me like I'm crazy.

Guineas!! For amusement I will read through some of the posts on the guinea threads! What characters they are! I would LOVE to have a flock. Just don't have the room. Wonder what my neighbors would think confronted by a roving band of guineas! Hopefully, someday, I'll be able to have some. In the meanwhile I just have to live vicariously through the guinea threads!

My turkeys got a double whammy today! I wore shoes & a coat neither had seen before. As you can imagine the two fashion police had to inspect everything!
