If/when one of my girls goes broody, I may take you up on the egg offer. They both were so good with those baby Sussex. So good in fact...those little chickens still prefer to hang out with the turkey girls vs the chicken hens.
Speaking of Speckled Sussex....I have to say both of them are super sweet & laid back. And they are starting to get a little reddish/pink in the combs. They may decide to start laying soon. I hope! Everyone should have a few in their flock.
