tricide neo how much to use in foot bath?

HI I've used tricide Neo before and it worked well but it's been a couple of years. I don't remember what the proportions are to use for a foot soak for our rooster with bumblefoot. I can't seem to find it in the directions for the tricide neo I have. Anyone have this information? ,
