:cdHey, if you're not familiar with Bok Choy it's a vegetable used in Chinese stir-fry (may be easy to get or not depending on where you live). It's about the size of a bundle of leaf lettuce, but has big green leaves at the top and a white stalk-kind of has a taste of celery without the strings. The kids loved it and snapped it up. It also has a nice cool taste to it. You might give it a try for snacks!
