Trouble getting ban chickens to stop crying

Hey guys I just wanted to update you guys, it’s been like 4 weeks now. So you all know I had two baby chickens but one died after a week. The other one grew bigger. But it has some red spots on both sides of the face and I don’t know why it has it.

I just posted a pic about 6 minutes ago and its living inside and goes outside in the afternoon

I never got a heat source because when I went to the store there were chickens there too and some of them were dying so I didn’t want that to happen to mine so I didn’t end up getting it but I did get proper food.

No it just cries a lot and yes eats/drinks and poops good.

Do you just have one? Chickens are social beings, if it's alone, it's lonely & cold. It needs to be warm & if you don't have another chick to keep it company put a cuddly stuffed animal for it to cuddle with. You can also use a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel for it to cuddle against to keep warm. Were do you live?
