Yeah, some do, and some are very persistent. Some don't care what you do, you can destroy, block, cover, whatever and they'll just start sitting someplace new, usually just a few feet away, but it sounds like your hen has accepted the fact that her nest is gone, so no need to worry.
I had one turkey that was so broody she spent the day walking around the yard looking for chicken and duck eggs to sit on, which was a problem because she weighed 30 pounds and kept squishing the eggs.
