:lol: Take a really old working line border collie (maybe one from England) and you might get a slight idea of how intelligent these dogs are. They are problem solvers, they will look at a situation and figure out how to fix it or get what they want or what you want.

I did a research project on canine intelligence not too long ago- the English Shepherd should've been on my report!!! :he

Lol. Once you get one you'll never look back. (Unless of course it's the wrong breed for you). Bob (our other ES) had mastered probably 50 or 60 of the hardest tricks we could think of (or find on the web) by the time he was 6 months old.
