Troyergals Chat Thread!!!

THAT IS SOOO INSANELY EPIC THAT YOU PLACED WITH BIG MAMA!!!!!! :D That's an adorable picture! :clap

Still think it's a pullet.

I KNOW!!! I got a pm from a mod and I was like "oh shoot, what did I do this time" :hide Then I saw it was about the broodies and their babies and my jaw hit the ground! Thanks :D

I was thinking that too. I was also going by color, I've never seen a Sussex rooster have that much white, Junior has yet to get speckling and the other only has a little but that one is COVERED in white. I wonder if that's an acurate way to sex them?

My rangers are usually calm, but they are the jumpiest chickens ever for this batch. We have 86 five week olds, and 127 4 day olds. The babies are calm and friendly, but those five week ones....

We sell most of them once they are butchered. We have partnered with a local farm that sells beef and we sell pork and poultry. So we are selling most of these. Three chicken pens of broilers, and we need another one ASAP. Mine are usually calm, I've been raising them for 3 years, but not this batch...:th
