They're going to love it outside. When i opened up my coop door for the first time, my rooster, and two of my nine hens would not come out. i thought my cock was timid until one day he fought off a hawk-and then three times more after that. Good luck!

Okay turns out we were moving ALL the chicks outside.

The chicks are doing well in the new coop... Although, they are all working together to bust down the door:

Napoleon, my rooster. I was going to have to get rid of him because of his bad aggressivness but then he fought off a hawk several times and i learned how to make myself the boss so he doesn't bother me and so now he has a permanant place with me. He is a Columbian Rock, and is one year and two months old. He is very mad in the picture because instead of leaving his "domain" i stand taking pictures.

Thank you. He does a great job and even signals them to go under the coop if he sees a bird in the sky. He has a "warning, bird in the sky" sound and a "run!" sound. He even makes noises at airplanes!

Also, apparently my incubator is more amazing than the ones that you have to heat up 24 hours before- it heated up to 99.5 in 10 minutes.... lol

Actually a lot do...they just have to stay steady. Lol
