I don't think they were trying to be rude. I think they were just saying 'Hello' to you, and your name is based off of the video game, Undertale.

Heller means a German coin of low value. And hell means, well, you know. And I don't like to be called Undertale inspired because I've never mentioned it until now.
I just realized it was a misspelling of hello but don't mention Undertale to me.
