So here's some irony. We put Ophelia in a quarantine pen away from all the other chickens to protect them right. So all the other flocks got hit with the pox except Ophelia who is one of the healthiest chickens on the place. So our keeping her seperate didn't really help the other flock but it kept her safe and she's now the only reliable layer currently. Go figure.

Makes me wonder if she was vaccinated for fowl pox or something.

Reason I'm not sure is it's dark and harder to tell...but she was def holding her tail up more.

She probably was, chicken house don't take chances, if they have a vaccine for it they'll give it. She and my GLWs, and some of the layer chicks are the only ones who didn't get it. I've also been keeping her on booch since I got home, I'm not risking her getting sick just yet.
