That's good, at least. Keep it clean - that's the most important thing. And I wouldn't try pushing it in - it's a good idea, but if it is dry that might end up hurting him more. Maybe if it softens, though. Is this one of the new layers?

I'm familiar with a few different prolapses, yes. Haven't "seen" uterine tho. Very familiar with it.
