Troyergals Chat Thread!!!

I wanna write this story. But probably not for a while because I gotta finish a different one... Wanna hear it?
Yeh!
So there's different types of humans. Always have been, but they have been hidden and used by forces above the world's governments. These humans were used as special forces units during WWII and a few were seen. This was the beginning of comic books.

So the comic books were used to introduce to the public that these were good. Until slowly, carefully, they were released. The crowds went wild. There were humans with wings, horns, pyrokenisis, you name it, they were real. Businesses boomed with the creation of new niche markets for their special needs and wants. Normals were ecstatic. For a while.

The year is 2076, and the newness has worn off. They're just average joes now.

Until one day, this Wing-man discovers the ancient comics. He realizes his potential and goes about looking for heroic deeds to do. And he's not alone. Others want to fulfill their forgotten promise as well. So they rise up, but not in the way you would expect.

They feed the homeless, entertain those in nursing homes, ensure that make-a-wish kids get what they asked for.

But no good deed goes unpunished.

One of them rescues a child from a gang. And now every one of the Wing-man's team has a price on their head.
AWESOME! I wanna buy and read it now!
Heheheheheheeeee.
Published.
Hehhahahrhehehehahderrhurhhurrr
Wait IT IS OUT?!?!?!
WHAT! I-I-I NEED TO GET IT!

I wrote loads of stories and such, but I never even bothered with publishing - because they'd never be good enough. XD
Editing is where you get stuff up to par, I think. I've got a novel about squirrels ( ) that I have to polish up before I can show it to my old bus driver. Because he wants to read it. And right now it is illegible.
Have you ever researched publishing stuffs?

Oh wow. :lau :thumbsup
Yeah; I was all set to publish a book (about chickens, when I was about 14?), but everything became pretty much impossible (because it wasn't easy to publish at all  ), and I lost almost all of my support.
So I never published, ever. I just stuck to commissions for people (same with my art, really). XD

I didn't know people asked for writing commissions. What is your most current work? How long is it?

I don't know if it's a thing, but I've been doing it. :lau
My most current work is a bunch of different short stories.
For example, I wrote a story about a white cat, named Oscarvius (Oscar), who lived in two different dimensions; one where, when he wore his collar, he was an ordinary pet cat - and another where, when his collar was off, he was a feline swordman who travelled with a raccoon (Alkire) and a mouse (Emlinia, who thought she was a rat).
I even did a bit of art for it. XD
