I think I will. Now what flavor do I want to make. Hmmm. Maybe caramelize some apples. :drool.

They're not hard, I actually find them to be easier than chicken eggs. I just don't feel like making one.

You have to seriously SMASH an emu egg against the counter to even get it to CRACK!!!! :he And then there's that conundrum of not having a large enough pan....
