I had this freaky neck spasm in the middle of the night last night and now my stomach's in absolute anguish...... And the stomachache's weird; it's so high up, it feels like my ribs are going to explode.....

It was the weirdest thing......
My neck starts tensing up at like 11:30 PM, and the next thing I know, I can't move it.
Somehow I fall asleep immediately- didn't even have time to wake Mom.... :/
And now I just woke up lying on my phone with this stomachache....
