Ah, I took that one last summer and my brother took it a couple weeks ago. That was my first one and it was pretty hard. Just be glad you ain't doing algebra!

Listen to this one: (From my 6th grade math book- I just had to find it because, the younger you get, the more absurd the questions get- the 8/9 grade Saxon is pretty dull)
Book: By the time the blizzard ended, there was 6 feet of snow and the temperature had dropped -17'F from 5'F. How cold was it?
Me: Tons of frozen chicken waterers.
Book: The ratio of runners at the 150K race was 5 to 7. If there were 18,000 runners, how many walkers were there?
Me: Suffocating.

Same here, in my batch of 17 week olds all the boys died except maybe one. There's like ten pullets left, and some died!

I agree with you to some extent @TheKindaFarmGal I don't mind math if I know it, I hate it if I don't know what I am doing, but of you are making me repeat the same thing over and over again... Forget it

We use Saxon math. It's pretty good!
