I'm back.

Hey Sarah! Same here, I can only be on BYC for a few.

Daffodil has sworn vengeance on me for taking her eggs yesterday.
So I look into "her" coop (it's all of the female geese's coop, but she's the queen ) and miraculously she already had a nest of 7 eggs- IN LESS THAN 20 HOURS!!! THOSE GEESE MUST BE ON AN EGG LINE OR SOMETHING!!!!
So I turn around, admitting defeat that she has won the battle and therefore will be allowed to incubate them, when, out of the blue, she gets up and tears into my leg. Took me like three minutes to detach her- losing a large chunk of of skin and jeans in the process.
I'm still bleeding.

Chickens get mean when they're broody too, lemme tell ya. Canary acts all sweet like, "Can I sit on your lap?" but then once shes on your lap she starts pecking the crap out of my jeans!
