The hen knows what she's doing. ;)
Wait at least two days after the first hatch to start poking around beneath her. :p
She's the one with the instincts to raise chicks, not you. ;)
And, if an egg doesn't hatch within five days beneath her, it's HIGHLY unlikely it ever will.
Yup, I heard that the hen abandons the eggs after a bit- IF she gets off the eggs in a couple days, I will put them in the incubator. Thanks for the advice!
 
Also, apparently my incubator is more amazing than the ones that you have to heat up 24 hours before- it heated up to 99.5 in 10 minutes.... lol

Okay turns out we were moving ALL the chicks outside.

The chicks are doing well in the new coop... Although, they are all working together to try and bust down the door:
