Awesome, she better stick to this. How many eggs can a Speckled Sussex comfortably manage?

I have a brooder coop (kinda) and she will raise chicks in there if she hatches them, but I'm going out of town for the weekend, so I'm thinking when I get back on Tuesday, if she is still sticking to it, I'll move her Tuesday night. Sound like a plan?

I've stuck 15 under my SS once. 10-15 is a comfortable range.

I hope she does stick to it! This is going to be such an awesome experience for you!

Wow, that's a little crazy..

She probably will but I wouldn't freak, they often get off an hour or so to eat drink and such, I find they usually do that in the morning. And if it's really hot you may find her off the nest in the middle of the day but that's so she doesn't overheat the eggs.
