So here's something interesting. Breeding Hamada to Granny (who's REW) produced agouti (some are Sandish but still agouti) , a Sandy (for lack of proper coat name) and two blacks. Breeding Hamada to Jacq, who's a gray agouti, produced ALL black, a solid black, two black brokens and two black Charlie's.![]()

Interesting...so I guess it skipped a gen. Hamada must be one of those agoutis that don't follow the rules. But seriously, that is really cool! I gotta think more on this one...
That one with the white nose is just![]()

!!
Yeah. Well they're both Flemish X Rex so they should both carry agouti which would mean that 50% "should" be agouti rightDefinitely some strange things going on here. From what I've seen of Joyce's kits they're black too and she's also agouti.
@HeavensHens88 !! Come look at my rabbits!![]()
NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! : idunno is gone!![]()
If it does skip a gen it'd be like my dads eyes, one is half blue and half brown the other is blue, all of us have blue eyes however my oldest nephew has one brown eye and a blueish green.
Sounds like he has hazel eyes. They tend to be green/blue with a varying amount of brown. I have hazel eyes.![]()
Yeah - but those % don't usually work out unless you have a LOT of kits. They're more accurate for big numbers.
You just noticed?![]()
