Update on the eggs so far...
2 of them got smashed And she rejected one. When I found it the first time, it was in the water and the second time it was on the other side of the coop. I gave it back just in case, but it probably won't hatch.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that, Emily. That stinks.
Uncannily enough, when a hen rejects an egg, there's usually something physically wrong with it. In my experiences, 95% of the time an egg is blatantly rejected like that, it's either cracked or something's up with the yoke. O_O
God is truly awesome in how he gave the hens that inexplicable knowledge.

Today Chipmunk and Lupin finally joined the rooster flock! At first, the other roosters kept pecking them, so I put them in a cage in the rooster pen for the night. Then, in the morning I let them out and they were fine! All the other roosters seem to have accepted them.
