Troyergals Chat Thread!!!

Story time.

My sister had to borrow some money from me to get her friend a birthday gift so I was just like "Alright, here I'll give you $15." "Okay."
Then after a moment she asked, "Have you friends ever reminded you to bring a gift to their party?" "No!" "Oh well [friend's name] told me if I go to the party to not forget her gift."
So anyways... I took away $5 so she would only get 10 because she was rude. Moral of the story is that birthdays are not for getting gifts! -.-
Yes, I only get gifts from my Grandparents for my birthday. :D

THAT LOOKS AWESOME! :clap
Thanks. :3

"What did you get for your birthday?"
"I got older."
:lau :lau

Yes! Gifts are to be given, not asked for. It's kinda the feeling that somebody actually decided to get you a gift that's special. :)
Indeed so! I agree with you 100%. Though little kids don't seem to understand that (I'm talking about kids that don't live on a farm, lol).
:)

And she actually ASKED for a gift.....
Tbh
In this day and age, I'm not too suprised, but assuming she said it in a selfish tone-
WHAT THE HECK :smack

YES! As time goes by, young kids seem to be increasingly more selfish and incredibly annoying when they don't get what they want. I assume so too because my sister's friends can be a little.... rude and uncaring when they speak. It irritates me so much and I just didn't even want to give her any money at all.

YES. :barnie Its like they think they can get away with everything - and the worst part is they usually do. :somad Some of the middle school kids are super annoying like that

My sister gets away with everything because she doesn't stop complaining if not. If she is in a bad mood, WE have to be polite to her even if every five seconds she is telling us how what we are saying is stupid. If she asks if she can have something, she will not stop complaining until she gets it. If she says we are bothering her, WE get in trouble. If we say that she is bothering us, SHE is just told to "Please don't do that next time." And her response is, "I can if I want to." I CAN'T STAND IT.

I apologize for my rant.
