And $5 is a pretty good price. I think I paid $4 a piece at a feed store for ours. And they were labeled “Americana Easter Eggers”. I wish feed stores would quit labeling the EE chicks as Americana & Ameraucana because all it does is confuse people.

Whats the difference between a EE and a Ameraucana? How do you tell the difference?

How much did you pay for this chick?
Unsexed day old true Ameraucana chicks go for $10-$20. Pullets and cockerels go for more. I paid $35 for each of my true Ameraucana pullets.

My breeder was $30/per pullet (at 3+/- weeks) so agree on price range.
