Trying for the first time!

can you see? they have been sitting over night. The farm is about an hour 1 way from me so do you think if I let it sit longer more cream?
i feel like such a dork but I'm so excited to do this! LOL my husband thinks I'm CRAZY! psh..

I just use a food processor when making it with store bought. You might try cultured butter, too. I've not done that but you add culture from buttermilk, kefir may work, too. Leave on the counter a day, then make into butter. More complex flavor. I think some of the good European butters are cultured.
