I was going to say this same thing! Just by the photos alone, it looks like a very hard coop to clean, and it already looks pretty messy from the last flock. There are a lot of places in that coop that mites could get too, and building something with less layers (does that make sense??) will make cleaning easier. I recently rebuilt my coop and I made it super simple for cleaning purposes - four walls, a roost, and detachable, easy to clean nesting boxes!Save the run. Burn the coop. Build something you can clean properly.
If you get a mite infestation you'll struggle to get rid of them.
Reusing an old coop that has had chickens in it before isn't imo a great idea.
