It comes in as a link and when you click the link you get a quarter size photo. Keep trying

Here you go. Your picture needs to be bigger. When posting a pick hit the "Img" button my the smilies and post the link from your address bar between the

.

With photobucket it can be done from their site. Just put your cursor over the picture you want and click on the box next to "Img Code". It will automatically save the code the right click and paste it to the post here when typing it. Hope this helps.
