Trying to hang cabbage....someone help! LOL

I just hung a cabbage for my girls. I made a big kabob for it. I just pushed the rod through the head and hung.

I used a threaded rod( 1/4"-20x12"), clothes line hook ( 1/4"x4-1/4"), washer, nut( came with clothes line hook, & coupling nuts( 1/4"-20x7/8"). Also some chain to hang it. You can use it for anything you want.

I use a wire hanger, it just pushes through the cabbage and hang it up.

I've changed to an eye hook, just twist it into the core and hang it up. The eye hook is attached to the string all the time (until it eventually breaks after months of use....) and I just take a head of cabbage out and screw it onto the threads of the eye hook.

My dad would Use a Hang mans Noose and sometimes a fishermans Knott.

If you use the noose use 13 as the number of rounds . I wish i lived closer id help sounds like fun .
