Trying to send a PM but can't

To any aminisrator, I'm trying to get my previous account reinstated I had to create this account to send anyone a message to help me. My origianal account is under the name Chick-a-dow-dee. I was told by terrielacy that I needed to PM her with that name to get a new password, but I can't PM anyone for some reason, maybe it's the newness of this account, IDK. If you can send a temporary password to the email account associated with the Chick-a-dow-dee account, and then also tell me how to sign out of the FemmePoulett account so I can sign in to the Chick-a-dow-dee account I woudl be very grateful.

To log out, go to the drop down menu on your username at the top right and click "logout"

If that doesn't work, you can email support @ backyardchickens.com (remove the spaces)
