Rebel...Nothing like you say exists. The original conspiracy theorists said that a memo existed in Great Britain that would show that Churchill knew about the attack in advance and said nothing because he wanted the US to enter the war. That nonsense was given a lot of credence until around 1994 when GB released previously classified war documents that absolutely proved that to be wrong. To think that FDR knew about the attack in advance and did nothing is really nothing short of complete insanity. Just did not happen. Do yourself a favor. I will not try an dissuade you of your pro nazi remarks but for the facts on this so called conspiracy go to the web site "The Straight Dope" and put in the question, "did Roosevelt know of Pearl Harbor in advance" and you will find all of your questions answered.

The government did let Pearl Harbor happen it is even taught in AP US History books now. What better way to get the people to want to go to war in WW2 then get attacked. It was a necessary act that we got involved in ww2 or America would not be here today. I would not have handled it the way FDR did but that is just me.

After edit: FDR did know about the attack but did not expect it to be as deadly as it was. Japan had modified their torpedoes to skim on the water more. Also the planes at pearl harbor had been switched out with older planes about out be retired and put in formations that are easier to prevent sabotage but are easy targets for air raids. Pearl harbor had the same 3 carriers entering and leaving port, but there were always 1 there except on the day of the attack when all 3 of them were sent elsewhere. The government also received word of a large fleet leaving from japan and heading east-southeast and never alerted any of the commanders of the pacific naval bases.

I am not pro-Nazi nor have I posted anything pro-Nazi
Sense insults are the key to your argument I will not be responding to any more of your posts.

I did not say that you were pro nazi, however, your much stated position that 99% of Germans were unaware that 6 million Jews were being slaughtered does seem similar to the neo nazi guidebook.. As for the memo you cite, first it was done more then a year before Pearl Harbor. Second, of course everyone knew that Japan would attack but the problem was no one knew where or when. Your memo as support for your position is not very good.
