TSC dead chick policy?

Anyone know the policy? I had two chicks die from tractor supply I got last thursday, they died on Wednesday. Do I need proof or pictures, I got rid of the baby chick since I had no time to go. Thanks and should I also call to see? Thanks!

Your best bet would be to call the place you bought them and ask.

Mine changes their policy very often. We used to be able to take the dead chicks back for a free replacement.

Next they changed it to needing to have the receipt, & no bodies.

I have no idea what it is now.

Usually their policy requires 3 days after purchase if a death happens it can be fixed with replacements.

I have seen die offs from the tractor feed stores, because they chicks will eat the wood shavings.

My local store doesn't replace or refund ever because they can't be responsible for what happens to a chick after it leaves the store. I am surprised any do.

never mind, my chicks judt hatched today, and I thought it was later in the week omg Im so glad I took them out of the turner before I left on vacation
