Ok, so I sent pics to Hoover's about two different types of pullets I got.. First is a 'Calico Princess' which wouldn't have a top hat based on the background of the breed... This one has a beautiful little french hat on (so to speak) out of the 4 Calico Princesses she's the only one. This one also has a full blue saddle area. Cute!

And then there's the case of the Black Sex Link pullets I got, that strangely enough have either no red leakage at all, or have white lacing.. OOPS.

So, I sent off photos to Hoover's at their request, and they are going to a) contact the TSC here in town, and b) help me identify breeding of my pullets. They are being very helpful.

I certainly think she will, though she looks like a cross between a chicken and a quail at this point in time.

Sorry, it is a crested cream leg bar, often used to create olive eggers.
