The crested pullet is likely some sort of Easter egger with legbar in her background. Not a welsummer x cream legbar. She has the blue gene (turning her black feathers to gray) which neither cream legbars nor welsummers have.
The other pullet could be an Asian black, which sometimes have the silver gene (creating that “white lacing”).
