I´ve seen these pics before....stunningly beautiful geese. What about it, then? Chinese with Pom? Worth a try? 4 generations or more, do you think, to get it stable?

i wonder brazil if the you said had a keel and looks like a toulouse might be a gene of the breed and it would be really nice to have this breedXD

One of our most important goose breeds is this swan goose! For me personally i would not want this breed but they are funny .They were the ones that created the africans and chinese all knobbed geese.they dont lay much eggs and yea not for the meat either

Pretty geese though, I don't think I've ever seen one with such a long bill, how much do these weigh?

How did the swan goose create the knobs on africans and chinese I wonder? I don't see much knob on the swan goose. Now I'm curious.

So, dewlap toulouse x African...but how to get the pied?

i think that the pied colour is from both female and male mixed breeds to make this kind ,id say a pomxwhite chinese gander and a brown africanxpom female :/ im going to try this anyway and see the results .
