Tumors on turkey. What can I do?

My one year old Tom has three large masses on his wing that seem to be growing in size. I have no idea what they are and there is no vet anywhere near me that sees poultry. I can tell he’s not feeling well he is lethargic but eating and drinking normally. I know there’s likely nothing I can do to get rid of them but I’m wondering if there’s anything I can give him to make him more comfortable like advil for the inflammation and pain?

I’m not sure, the one on top of his wing joint looks connected, but the two underneath are so strange they look free form but one feels almost like it has bone inside. From what I’ve seen he still has full use of the wing and isn’t dragging it or holding it any different than the normal wing.

The loose ones may be a lipoma. The hard ones are the ones to watch, that can be malignant.

A vet would be the best person to know what you are dealing with. Ingrown feather cyst, tumors, cysts may be common in poultry. I will tag @R2elk @oldhenlikesdogs and @casportpony for opinions.

I've not seen anything like this on mine. A vet would be able to give you a better idea or be able to suggest something for pain.
