Turken chick with peeling skin on neck

I bought 3 Turken chicks yesterday and one of them has flaky, peeling skin on its neck. What would cause this? Is there anything that I can do for it? They are less than a week old and only one of them has peeling skin.

I took a picture of its neck, but I don't know how to upload a picture here because I am a brand new member.

Thanks mwdh1. Here is a picture of his neck. Of course, it's supposed to be "naked," but the peeling concerns me.
