Turken roo?

I bought 3 turken chicks from TSC on April 5th. The others do not have a large red comb like this one does. It appears that he's also starting to get waddles too. The other 2 turkens are not. I think it's a roo but I'm curious about your opinions.

Are the colors of the other two chickens consistent with the coloration of a hen? I'm not familiar with the turken breed and we're fairly new to owning chickens.

I see two pullets and one cock-a-doodle-doer. Turkens can be a mix of breeds, the trait for a naked neck is a dominant one controlled by one gene and is fairly easy to introduce into other breeds. It is not uncommon for their vent to be devoid of plumage as well.

Coloration has no bearing on sex with Turkins.

Color isn't always an indicator. Combs and wattles often tell the tale before feathers.
