Turkey Bacon...Its JUST Not Right!

So, if i try it. I should cook it with/in something else... like a stir fry?

1/2 cup soft/silken tofu (don't get firm, you want the stuff that's yogurt soft)
1/2 cup fruit (I use frozen berries, or even a frozen banana)
1/2 cup Juice (I like pineapple)

Toss in a blender and puree in pulses to make a smoothie, drink for breakfast. High in protien, only natrual fruit sugars, and you'll taste the fruit not the tofu.

Ooh man, Saddi...

Okay, i'll give it a try someday... (i really will, cause i want to try it..)
But what about the firm stuff that i always see in Chinese stir frys?? Whats that taste like?

. ever had plain geltin? tofu is like that, it tastes like whatever liquid you add to it, it can even be fried and stuffed like a pita.

I miss the days of the old Radom Ramblings thread. Mike Rowe was a pretty hot topic there.
