Yeah, I can't find a way to make a self perpetuating breed either so I'll just have to be content with the mixes. And I was wondering what color(s) were you thinking for a new breed?

I like crossing Wilds with Bourbon Reds. They are absolutely beautiful!
Okay thanksWas just doing some calculating and found if you breed a chocolate tom and royal palm hen and then breed their son to a royal palm hen then that makes lots of cool colors.
I made a chocolate/ bourbon Red mix last year, I found out if I cross the offspring together one will be bourbon red brown. ONE!!I just figured it out! Bronze tom + bourbon red hen, their daughter (red bronze) and chocolate tom, then of their babies use the rusty black tom (split bronze and brown) and the rusty brown hen (split bronze). Then one out of 32 of their babies will be Bourbon RedBrown (bb rr ee)... Hopefully there is an easier way than that many crosses.
