I've got a huge respect for Wild Turkeys. They know how to survive anything nature throws at them and they don't show any signs of slowing down. There's a flock that visits my house daily, I can sit and watch them for hours.

I've never raised turkeys but if I did it would be Narragansetts. I like their colors.

I have to agree, I've never had Turkeys, but if I did that would be what I want.

I love Sweetgrass, Narragansetts, and blue slates. I had a turkey that was like a Red Phoenix or something like that and he was beautiful, he was killed buy a bobcat though. He had a beautiful redish brown color and when the sun hit his feathers it made the most beautiful color. Wish I still had him.

I'd never heard of Sweetgrass turkeys before, so had to look it up. Wow, those really are pretty. All those colors!
