Turkey Chick sounds like it has a stuffy nose

My baby turkey will be 7 days old Thursday, it hatched very healthy, but I have noticed that when he breathes in, it sounds like he's rasping, I would like to know the causes, and if they could be potentially fatal. He still eats and drinks fine and he is drinking an electrolyte mix in his water. His poop is not running and seemed to be healthy other than his wheeze. He is my only turkey that I have left and I want him to survive, anything will help!

His bedding is cedar wood shavings and his food is non medicated, also.
