Turkey Coop Build

I'm going to follow your progress. These are my feathered children. I'm keeping all of them I think. I know it's odd to some people but none will be killed. I just can't. We're soooooo attached. All nine of us. But I will need to make permanent outdoor runs for them so I'm interested in your adventure here. Good luck and can't wait to learn some new things from you! If you have multiple toms you may see some brutal fighting in the spring. You may have no choice but to remove some, plus they look broad breasted?

I had a farm with a hundred goats in TN, but had to move back to FL to help my folks so i sold them all. I will be getting about 6 once we get the fencing up.
This is our first adventure with turkeys! We have 9 juvies and 3 babies. Mostly Narragansetts.

Yay, rain let up and it was lovely and cool. I got the wire on all 4 panels we built! Now we are waiting on the lumber. The lumber yard said it should be ready midweek. It remains to be seen if they will live up to that. Picture tomorrow.

Picture as promised, the panels all have wire on them. 20180627_155150.jpg
Now if the sawmill would fill my lumber order, we might be able to build the coop and the rest of the run!
They said it would be ready midweek. To me Weds. Is midweek!
