I'm on day 11 of my 2 turkey eggs being in the incubator. I don't know if the eggs are fertilized. The only form of progress I'm seeing is the air sack is getting bigger.
(Is that enought to confirm that the eggs are fertilized?) Also what day would you stop the eggs from incubating if you don't see the eye of the turkey? I have seen you should be able to see the eye on day 10 - 15

The size of the air cell has nothing to do with the eggs being fertile or infertile. If you have a good light and wait until after dark to candle, you should be able to see blood vessels developing already if the eggs are fertile.
