Turkey eggs just hacthed ...

Hi everyone,

I was given 8 turkey eggs 25 days ago, Placed them in the incubateer and they 5 of them hacthed 2 days ago . Have 3 eggs that are still in there since they havnt reached the 28 days yet.

does any one know the breed ? they where given to me as wild colour turkeys, but they dont seem to bee all the same color ,

The dark ones with the white faces look like black Spanish turkey's, the last pic looks like it could be bronze or 'wild type' but I'm no expert lol

From the different colored poults, I would guess that they are a mixed variety.

The 2nd poult will grow up to be a black turkey but I have no way of knowing whether it is a Slate based black or derived from a Black Spanish.

The last one looks to me like it will be a bronze looking or a wild type turkey.
