Hi everyone! I had a momma turkey get hit by a car in front of my house. She had 7 eggs abandoned so I took them in and put them in the incubator. Day 28 one turkey came and is doing well. The rest of the 6 eggs have not pipped and I’m not seeing any rocking of the eggs at all. I did a float test and they all came back to be alright. I’m not hearing anything or feeling any scraping. It’s now day 31... what should I do? I’ve never done this before and have researched like crazy I’ve kept humidity and temp correct along the way. Any advice would be great

Float test 👎.
How do you know how many days it's been if they were under a turkey at first?

She was not sitting on them yet. I saw her for a few days and would walk by and notice she dropped another egg in her nest. So they were never sat on, went straight into the incubator. First turkey hatched day 28.

Have you candled them?
Yes candled. One you can see an air sac and some movement. Others you cannot pass light through and this has been like this for a couple days. Nothing smells like anything is rotten or wrong when I lift the incubator lid to check for any pips. No pips tho :(

I’ve got this lonely guy waiting for his buddies :(

Once you dunked the incubated eggs in water they are done.
I'm glad you got the one turkey poult to hatch before you did the "drowning" test, it's a cutie!
Maybe you can find it a baby chicken chick to be friends with if you can't find any more turkey poults. My little turkeys love their chicken friends.

well I’m not just going to toss them. Should I try to do a pip hole and see what’s going on?

You aren't supposed to do the float test. It's better to just lock it down once you know they are to a certain point and let them be. If you candled them and still saw movement you should just leave them.

Well now I see this was awhile ago. What ended up happening?
